Chosen as vice chair was Michelle Anchors, founding partner of AnchorsGordon, who was appointed to the Commission by former Senate President Bill Galvano in 2020 and reappointed by former Senate President Wilton Simpson in 2022.

John Tobia Brevard County Commissioner and former House Republican John Tobia resigned from his teaching position at Valencia College, where he has taught government and history since 2001. His resignation follows allegations of misconduct and being placed on administrative leave on August 13th.
Tom Wallace Agency for Health Care Administration deputy secretary for data and finance Tom Wallace resigned on September 20th. Matt Cooper, who previously served as assistant deputy secretary for health care, will serve as acting deputy secretary for data and finance.
