Joe Harding Former state representative Joe Harding (R-Ocala) was sentenced to four months in prison for fraud. He attempted to obtain $150,000 in COVID-19 relief loans and pleaded guilty to wire fraud, money laundering and making false statements.

Publix Supermarkets Publix Supermarket CEO Todd Jones has resigned to become executive chair of the Board of Directors. Kevin Murphy, the current president of Publix, will take over as CEO. Other changes include the appointment of John Goff as president, Norman Badget as senior vice president of retail operations, and Chris Shaw as vice president of product business development for grocery.
