The Florida Elections Commission has thrown out Allison Tant’s  complaint that Governor Rick Scott illegally transferred $27 million from his Let’s Get to Work organization to a new Let’s Get to Work organization. With Mike Fasano vacating House District 36 after his appointment by Governor Scott as tax collector of Pasco County, a special election was held on October 15th.
