Mangroves The bills require the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to adopt rules for mangrove replanting and restoration.
Smoking in State Parks The bills would prohibit smoking and vaping within the boundaries of state parks.
Benefits These would remove the existing prohibition of awarding benefits (such as food stamps) to persons who have a felony drug conviction for trafficking.
First Responder Fentanyl Exposure First responders would get additional protection from a bill that would provide criminal penalties when exposure to fentanyl results in serious injury; providing a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment; providing enhanced criminal penalties if the injury sustained results in death or great bodily harm.
